We are currently looking for doctoral students. Prospective students should be enrolled in a qualifying Ph.D. or M.D./Ph.D. program at Harvard in order to join the lab. No specific background is required. If you are interested, please reach out to Luke with your C.V.

If you join the lab, possible areas of research include:

1.    Comparing the genetic architecture of rare vs. common genetic variation
2.    Developing methods to analyze GWAS data using graphical models and genome-wide genealogies
3.    Integrating rare protein coding genetic association data with functional and machine learning-derived features

We are not currently hiring postdoctoral associates or research interns.
