We are currently looking for doctoral students.
Prospective students should be enrolled in a qualifying Ph.D. or M.D./Ph.D. program at Harvard in order to join the lab. No specific background is required. If you are interested, please reach out to Luke with your C.V.
We are currently seeking a postdoctoral candidate to study the genetic architecture of autism. The ideal candidate would have prior experience in statistical genetics, but such experience is not required. No prior interest in autism or neurodevelopmental disorders is required. They should hold or expect to receive a Ph.D. or equivalent in a quantitative field. If you are interested, please reach out to Luke with your C.V., a brief description of your research interests, and a PDF of one recent publication or preprint.
If you join the lab, possible areas of research include:
1. Comparing the genetic architecture of rare vs. common genetic variation
2. Developing methods to analyze GWAS data using graphical models
3. Applying cutting-edge methods to understand the genetic architecture of autism
4. Analyzing rare protein coding genetic association data using machine learning-derived functional features
We are not currently hiring interns or research associates.
